Can you put a dog, cat or another pet on the T-shirt?
Yes. Terry works from a clear photograph of the pet you love. Dogs and cats are common, but other pets are welcome when the photo is suitable.
What is included in the £25 price?
The starting price covers one personalised pet portrait on a T-shirt and a digital proof. Terry confirms the garment, any extra pets or complex requests, delivery and the final total before payment.
Can I choose the T-shirt colour and size?
Yes. Tell Terry the colour and size you need. Check the measurements before approving because personalised clothing cannot normally be returned just because the chosen size does not fit.
Will I see the pet portrait before it is printed?
Yes. You approve the portrait, wording, spelling, placement and full price before Terry prints the T-shirt.
What pet photo works best?
Use a clear, well-lit original photo that shows the whole face and ears. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and very dark photographs where possible.
How long will my personalised T-shirt take?
Please allow up to 10 working days after approving the artwork proof. Tell Terry before ordering if you need it for a particular date.
