Can I send my pet photo later?
Yes. Add your name and one contact method to start the tote request, then upload your photo now or send it to Terry later.
What kind of pet photo works best?
A clear, well-lit original photo showing the whole face and ears works best. Avoid heavy filters, screenshots and very dark pictures.
Can I collect in Hornchurch?
Yes. Local collection can be arranged. UK delivery is also available, with the suitable option and cost confirmed before payment.
