A clear, well-lit phone photo is ideal. Try to include the full face and ears. If you are unsure, send Terry a few favourites on WhatsApp.
02Will I see the design first?+
Yes. You approve the portrait, wording, spelling, placement and final price before anything is printed.
03What if my personalised clothing does not fit?+
Please check the size guide or measurements with Terry before approving your order. Personalised clothing cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because the size selected does not fit. If Silly Sausage supplies the wrong size, or the item is faulty or not as agreed, it will be put right at no extra cost. If the size supplied is the size you chose but you need another, Terry will offer one replacement with 20% off, plus delivery where applicable. This does not affect your legal rights.
04How long will it take?+
Please allow up to 10 working days after your proof is approved. Tell Terry before ordering if you need it for a particular date.
05Can I collect locally?+
Yes. Free collection can be arranged in Hornchurch. UK delivery is also available and the cost is confirmed before payment.
06How do I pay?+
Once you approve the details and final price, Terry sends a secure Stripe payment link. Card, wallet and eligible Klarna options may be available.
