Delivery, cancellations and returns.

Timescales

Please allow up to 10 working days from approval of your final proof. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Tell Terry before ordering if the gift is needed for a particular date.

Collection and UK delivery

Free collection can be arranged in Hornchurch. UK delivery is also available. The delivery method, price and expected timing are confirmed before payment.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact Terry immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. A change or cancellation can normally be accepted before production starts. Once a personalised item is being made, cancellation may no longer be possible because it has been created to your specification.

Personalised products and change of mind

Products made to your specification cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind. Please check names, wording, artwork, garment colour and measurements carefully when approving your proof.

If personalised clothing is supplied in the size you selected but you need a different size, Terry offers one replacement at 20% off, plus delivery where applicable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, the wrong size was supplied, or it does not match the agreed proof, contact Terry as soon as possible. Include your order reference and clear photos where helpful. Silly Sausage will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund at no extra cost, in line with your legal rights.
