The starting price covers one personalised pet portrait, the agreed placement and a digital proof. Terry confirms any extra pets, complex artwork, delivery and the full price before payment.
Can I choose the hoodie colour and size?
Yes. Share the size and colour you would like and Terry will confirm availability. Check the measurements before approving because personalised clothing cannot normally be returned just because the chosen size does not fit.
Can you make a hoodie with my dog or cat photo?
Yes. A clear photograph of a dog, cat or another pet can be prepared as portrait artwork when the face and important details are visible.
Will I approve the design first?
Yes. Nothing is printed until you approve the portrait, spelling, wording, placement and final price.
Can I add my pet's name?
Yes. Add the name or short wording to your request and Terry will include it in the proof for you to check.
Do you deliver personalised hoodies across the UK?
Yes. UK delivery is available, or free Hornchurch collection can be arranged. Terry confirms the suitable option and cost before payment.
