Before you choose
Mug questions.
Do I pay when I send my mug request?
No. Terry checks your request and confirms the design, availability and complete price before payment. Personalised mugs receive an artwork proof before they are made.
What photograph should I use?
Choose a clear, well-lit original photo. For a pet portrait, include the full face and ears. For a collage, send the clearest versions of every photograph you want considered.
Can I add a pet name or short message?
Yes. Add the wording to your request and check the spelling and placement on the proof before it is made.
Are these real finished mugs?
The Ron vinyl portrait mugs are real finished samples made and photographed by Terry. The printed wraparound and collage images are labelled design previews. Your own portrait and wording are agreed on a proof before making.
How do I care for a vinyl mug?
Hand wash gently. Do not soak or scrub the vinyl design. Mug-only prices do not include treats, socks or gift-set contents.
Can I collect in Hornchurch?
Yes. Free Hornchurch collection can be arranged. UK delivery is also available and the cost is confirmed before payment.
