No. Terry checks your request and confirms the design, availability and complete price before payment. Personalised mugs receive an artwork proof before they are made.
What photograph should I use?
Choose a clear, well-lit original photo. For a pet portrait, include the full face and ears. For a collage, send the clearest versions of every photograph you want considered.
Can I add a pet name or short message?
Yes. Add the wording to your request and check the spelling and placement on the proof before it is made.
Are the mug pictures finished customer products?
The mug pictures currently shown are clearly labelled design previews. Genuine Silly Sausage clothing photographs are used for the bundle examples, and finished mug photographs will replace the previews as they become available.
Can I collect in Hornchurch?
Yes. Free Hornchurch collection can be arranged. UK delivery is also available and the cost is confirmed before payment.
