Who you are buying from

Silly Sausage is a trading name used by Terry Sellick, a sole trader based in Hornchurch, England. You can contact Terry on 07883 181344 or through the contact page.

Your order

Website prices marked “from” are starting prices. Terry confirms the product, size, colour, artwork, wording, delivery or collection, timescale and total price with you. Your order is accepted when those details are agreed and payment is received.

Please check the proof carefully. You are responsible for confirming that names, dates, wording, colours, placement and other personalised details are correct before production starts.

Your photo and artwork

You must have permission to use every photo, name, logo or other material you provide. You give Terry permission to use it only as needed to prepare and fulfil your order. Terry may decline material that appears unlawful, abusive or likely to infringe another person’s rights.

Payment

Payment is requested only after the order details and total are agreed. It is normally taken through a secure Stripe payment link or another method agreed directly with Terry.

Making and delivering your order

Please allow up to 10 working days after proof approval. Terry will tell you if an unexpected delay affects your order. Free Hornchurch collection can be arranged, and UK delivery options and charges are confirmed before payment.

Cancellations, returns and problems

Because the goods are personalised, the usual change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply once production has started. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods will be put right in line with UK consumer law. Full details are on the delivery and returns page.

Legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may also have the right to use the courts where you live.
